Ryan is the Executive Vice President responsible for Production at Insgroup. In his capacity Ryan is responsible for developing, implementing and executing on Insgroup’s sales plan. This includes recruiting, mentoring and supporting producers, identifying emerging market opportunities and cultivating carrier relationships to the benefit of producers and clients. Ryan is laser-focused on Insgroup’s organic growth; driven by premiere advisors and consultants.
Ryan is the champion of Insgroup’s Career Launch mentorship program. This formal program was designed to help a producer new to the insurance agency focus and find success more quickly than traditional means. Of his responsibilities at Insgroup this is Ryan’s most cherished role.
Ryan has a depth of experience in the design, placement and servicing of middle to upper middle market insurance programs for firms in the construction, transportation and oil & gas industries, including complex loss sensitive programs. His work in this area was recognized in 2017 when he received the prestigious “Power Broker” Award from Risk & Insurance Magazine. Always happy to speak on risk management topics Ryan regularly serves on panels and is invited to deliver speeches on topics ranging from Workers Compensation insurance to Cyber Liability.
Committed to his craft, Ryan has earned the CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) and CRM (Certified Risk Manager) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. He is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
