On March 25, 2020, the Department of Labor issued a notice on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), and a second announcement was made on March 28 with additional guidance: LINK TO ANNOUNCEMENT.
Each covered employer must “post” the notice by April 1, 2020. The notice is posted on the DOL website, but you can also access it by clicking on this LINK TO POSTER.
Since many employees are working remotely right now due to social distancing guidelines, the DOL has answered what they expect will be many frequently asked questions about how to “post” or share the information with employees outside of the office: LINK TO FAQS.
