Greg Scheinman is a Property and Casualty Insurance Specialist, focusing on middle market companies in a variety of industries, with a particular focus in the hospitality, retail and fitness industries. A true entrepreneur himself, Greg brings a unique business background to the table: Michael Eisner acquired Greg’s startup, Team Baby Entertainment, in 2007, and Greg is also the founder and CEO of Row Studios, an indoor rowing gym. His own personal experiences as an owner, creator, and innovator allow Greg to work for his clients with a different view.
He earned the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. He also earned the designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) from The National Underwriter Company. Greg has spoken at the University of Michigan on the subject of entrepreneurship. He appeared on Big Idea with Donnie Deutch of CNBC. He hosted Profiles of Innovations on PBS-TV for three seasons. Greg is also a contributing writer for CultureMap Houston and 002Houston magazine.
Greg is originally from New York, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan. He is a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization Accelerator, Greater Houston Restaurant Association, Texas Restaurant Association, a board member of West University Little League and an advisory board member for Recipe 4 Success.
